 Zhengzhou Hengzhong  adopt the advanced smelting and casting technology to guarantee the reliability, accuracy and homogeny of the chemical components of materials. It makes sure the mechanical property of steel sleeve when adopted the advanced heating processing technology. Machining uses the special steel sleeve process tools and reasonable process technology to make sure the coaxiality, cylindricity, symmetry and dynamic balance of the steel sleeve. Specific tolerance and form and location tolerance are strictly controlled over the scope of drawing requirements. 

Manufacturing technique of sleeve:

molten steel → centrifugal casting → molding workblank → normalizing → temper →rough finish hardening and tempering → finish machining inner hole →process the end face , conical and excircle inspect based on inner hole → strike trademark → issue the certificate → pack wrap

b. Temperature resistance of steel sleeve: MAX 540°C

c. The steel sleeve proceeds the balance test on the premise of satisfying the drawing, the value is not more than15 g.

d. The form and location tolerance are carried out according to the drawing.

e. The hardening and tempering of cast sleeve: hb240~280, tempering technology: water quenching and oil cooling, well type hardening and tempering
