1.Introduction

This series of Copper Processing Production Line is fit for hard rock crushing has special crushing structure, high chromium plate hammer, and special impact plate. And it is mainly used for rough and moderate broken operations of various ore materials those compressive strength are not more than 320 MPa. 2.Operational Scene

 The Copper Processing Production Line squeezes rock between two surfaces, one of which opens and closes like a jaw. Rock enters the jaw crusher from the top. Pieces of rock that is larger than the opening at the bottom of the jaw lodge between the two metal plates of the jaw. The opening and closing action of the movable jaw against the fixed jaw continues to reduce the size of lodged pieces of rock until the pieces are small enough to fall through the opening at the bottom of the jaw. It has a very powerful motion.

Motor drives the eccentric axis rotating through the belt pulley, so that the movable jaw approaches and leaves the fixed jaw cyclical, which makes the materials squeezed, rubbed, multi-roller crusher, etc. so that the materials are crushed into small size, and then decline gradually, at last discharge from the discharging mouth.
