Product description
Hammer crusher is used for crushing medium-hard and brittle materials, widely used in cement, mining, coal preparation, power generation, chemical and building material industries.
Hammer crusher is composed of machine box, rotor, hammer, impacting lining board, screen board. According to the requirement of the customer, this equipment can adjust the gap between the grating bars to change the discharing granularity. The working hammer adopts new technology for casting, so that it is wear resistance and impact resistance. The granularity can be adjusted according to the requirement of customer. It has a sealed structure which sloves the problems of powder dust pollution in the crushing workshop and ash leakage of machine. This crusher has the advantages of attractive apperance, compact structure and few easy-wearing parts and easy maintenance.
Working Principle
The electromotor drives the rotor to rotate with high speed in the crushing chamber, the materials are fed into the machine from the upper feeding mouth and are crushed under the hitting, impacting, cutting and grinding of the hammer which is moving with high speed. On the bottom of the rotor, there is seive plate and crushed materials that is smaller than the screen size are discharged from the seive plate, and the coarse participles bigger than the screen size are ratained on the seive plate to be hit and ground again by the hammer and finally be discharged from the machine from the seive plate.
