1.Company introduction
Zhengzhou Xinguang Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in the 1980s, now has become a group company which own many branches in China and abroad. 2.Flotation machine Introduction
This flotation machine is suitable for separating non-ferrous and ferrous metals as well as non metals such as fluorite and talc. This machine runs by the triangle belt of the electrical motor driving the impellor to rotate, producing centrifugal effect which will form negative pressure, and on one hand it will absorb sufficient air in order to mix with the pulp, and on the other hand it will mix the pulp in order to mix with the reagents, and at the same time will refine the foam in order to stick the minerals onto the foam, and float on the surface of the pulp in order to become mineralization foam. The workers can adjust the height of the flashboard and control the liquid level in order to scrap the useful foam.

4.Beneficiation production line
At first, ore is preliminary broken by jaw crusher. When it has been broken to a reasonable size, it will be send to ball mill symmetrical through bucket and feeder. Next, ball mill will crush and grand ore then go to next step flotation. After flotation, the ore powder will be into rotary kiln, than the final product is concentrate.
5.Delivery Scene
This is SF1.2 flotation and SF4 flotation machine; it is prepared transported to India. It is used for a copper production line. Besides domestic markets, our products have been exported to West Asia, Central Asia, Africa and Europe, winning praise from the government and trust from the society and customers.
