1. Ball Mill Description
Ball mill is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball mill is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grind able materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry.
2.Ball Mill Features
Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbing and inside the cylinder there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance. This machine has stable operation and reliable performance.

4.Working Principle of Ball Mill
To use the Ball Mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours.
Quite simply, the longer the Ball Mill runs, the finer the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the material you're grinding is, and the time how long the Ball Mill runs.
5.Beneficiation production line
At first, ore is preliminary broken by jaw crusher. When it has been broken to a reasonable size, it will be send to ball mill symmetrical through bucket and feeder. Next, ball mill will crush and grand ore then go to next step- Classification.
