Facial Tissue Making Flowchart
Main Equipment Parts:
1. cylinder part: φ 1500mm×2000mm stainless steel cylinder mould 1set, φ 450mm×2000mm couch roll 1set,coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38℃±2.
2. Dryer part: φ 2000mm×2000mm alloy dryer can 1 set, 1group scraper knife. φ 500mm×2000mm touch roll 1set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 90℃±2.Mechanical loading device.
3.Winding part: φ 1000mm×2000mm sweat cylinder (1pc), φ 280mm×2000mm fly rubber roll( 1pc ).rubber HSD75°±2. winding on the sweat cylinder.
4. Rewinding and cutting part: matching 1575mm rewinding and perforating machine, pacial tissue cutting machine.
5. Drive and control part: adopting AC frequency conversion speed, drive step by step.
