1.Cylinder section: Φ1500mm×2300mm stainless steel cylinder mould 2 sets, Φ450mm×2300mm couch roll 2 sets, φ400×2300mm reverse roll 1set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38°C±2.

2. Press section: Φ500mm×2300mm marble roll 1 set, Φ450mm×2300mm rubber roll 1 set, coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness 90°C±2. Pneumatic compression device, allocating a group of scraper.

3.Dryer section:Φ2500mm×2300mm dryer can 2 set,Φ500mm×2300mm touch roll 1 set, Φ450mm×2300mm double-dryer cans fly roll 1 set, allocating two scrapers and setting the dried wire device od double-dryer can. Pneumatic compression device, coated by rubber,rubber shore hardness 90°C±2. 

4.Winding part: 1880mm cylinder paper winding machine and paper rewinding machine.

5. Driving and controlling part: using of AC frequency conversion, and driving by step.
