YSLT200A Tee Cold Forming Machine is designed for manufacturing both equal and unequal tees with diameter from 2" to 8" of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper steel etc.
Complying with standards of ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11,GB12459,JIS, DIN and GOST, the products are wildly used in industries of Petrochemical, Oil and Gas pipeline, Electricity and Foods etc.
Main features are as follows:
1. Our tee cold forming machine use internal pressure to the pipe to be proceed, forming it into T shape fittings,which means hot forming and welding are no longer needed.
2. Strong steel structure after full penetration welding, four-column framework brings the machine high rigidity and stable performance.
3. Proportional hydraulic control system with high-quality seal ring and servo system makes the machine energy saving, low noise, stable performance and long life span. The complete hydraulic system with high-quality seal ring ensures high leak integrity.
4. Close-cycle control system is applied to control synchronization and fluid pressure, which brings the machines advantage of high precision of synchronization, steady fluid pressure, raw material saving and less defective ratio.
5. The application of PLC centralized control system, Programmed Touch Screen operation system and Sensor realize three kinds of operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.
6. The function of showing data in operation panel and saving parameters in PC for further productions makes the machine more visual and easy to operate. The parameters including pressure, forces and stroke speed can be displayed and adjustable by digital technology and displayed on touch screen and can be electric programmed according to the forming process.
7. Electrical panel wth cooling system designed to meet CE Standards and composed of automation. All electrical components, electro-valves, pumps and hydraulic devices are famous brand complying with CE approved.
8. The hydraulic tee forming machines can produce two pieces of small size tees in one time, which is higher efficiency and energy saving.
