YLT200A Elbow Cold Forming Machine is designed for manufacturing 45°&90°,R=1.0D & R=1.5D elbows with diameter from 4" to 8" of stainless steel,carbon steel, alloy steel and some kind of copper steel. Complying with standards of ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11,GB12459,JIS, DIN and GOST, the products are wildly used in industries of Petrochemical, Oil and Gas pipeline, Electricity and Foods .
Main features are as follows:
1. Strong steel structure after full penetration welding, four-column framework brings the machine high efficiency and stable performance.
2. Adopting proportional hydraulic control system makes the machine energy saving, low noise, stable operation and long life span. High quality seal rings ensure high leak integrity.
3. The application of PLC centralized control system, Programmed Touch Screen operation system and Sensor with the function of storing parameters for production realizes Human-Computer Operation and makes it convenient to maintain and operate.
4. Three kinds of working modes: Manual, Semi-Automatic and Automatic can be switched by turning switch and central controlled by push button.
5. Electrical panel with cooling system designed to meet CE Standards and composed of automation. All electrical components, electro-valves, pumps and hydraulic devices are famous brands with CE approved.
6. The special mould demoulding and locating device makes it easier and faster to adjust and change moulds and mandrels.
7. The special structure of the pushing heads and pushing rods are designed according to different processing sizes and wall thicknesses, which ensures high qualified ratio and high precision.
8. The machine functions can be continuously monitored and has alarm/warming indications
9. There is necessary oil cooling device to control the oil working temperature within a safe degree and ensure the machine can operate in safe environment.
