DPT-80 fully automatic aluminum-plastic blister
Description:
It absorbs the advantages from the same products both at home and abroad. It adopts the internally heated roller contact heating method. It takes PVC hard sheet, DPT aluminum foil as the packing materials. It is a packager which takes the form of the plate blister. It is most ideal applicable equipment for small-size pharmaceutical factories, hospital preparation sections, health products companies, pharmaceutical plants research institutes.
The machine can continually and automatically complete the packing proceedings ,is blister cap form-taking .medicine-feeding ,hot-sealing ,printing lot no ,and cutting into format .It has advantages as compact structure ,full function ,gear wheel working ,accurate aynchr-onization ,stable cooperation ,easy to replace the mould ,low cost and needn’t to equip auxiliary unit .Turn on power and connect it with cooling water ,you can produce in a large scale.
Use: it is suitable for blister type aluminum/plastic composite seal package for various capsules, tablets, food, chemical in destroy, electronic components etc.
