Established November,2013.Dayi is the top 10 enterprise in disposing waste rubber and plastic and has been cooperated with one South Korea company to dispose waste plastic.The company has gained rich experience and achievement in processing waste solid.This project in dealing with city living waste has been approved by South Korea government and the continuous equipment has been under testing in Korea.The production line of processing level 2 waste tyre with automatic control has been under testing in Hong Kong.
Shangqiu Dayi Electromechanincal Technology Co.,Ltd is located in Development Zone,Pingtai,Shangqiu,Hennan Province.China where is the cradle land of waste tyre,rubber,and plastic to oil refining technology.Each year,there are countless foreign customers visit our city for business negotiation.Dayi Electromechanincal Technology Co.,Ltd. Is professional in production and development and service of pyrolysis and distillation technology.
Our company is about 133400 square meter,and the workshop is 58000 square meters,we have lathes,milling machines,grinding machines and planers,broaching machines,punching machines,NC lathes,CNC milling machines,digital control drill and other testing device.
We have more than 100 workers including 3 high-class engineers,10 professors,and 40 technicists.Our company annual output is about 500 sets waste recycling plants.Our main products:pyrolysis plants,oil refining distillation plants,catalyst,other oil treatment product.
Company's main environmental protection oil refining equipment, mainly divided into two categories:
1.Organic solid waste pyrolysis oil refining equipment:
Its processing of raw materials is wide: waste tires, waste plastics, waste rubber, waste electronic products, paper pulp, sole waste, urban waste, eat hutch garbage, sludge, etc.
2. Waste oil distillation equipment:
Raw materials can be as follows: waste oil, waste diesel oil, machine oil, hydraulic oil, heat conduction oil, transformer oil, frying oil, gear oil, waste oil residue, bilge oil, half liquid waste oil, etc.
This equipment has the following features:
a, continuous feed, enclosed slag, fully embodies the environmental protection.
b, the production operating pressure using the negative pressure operation, to improve the safety of the equipment operation.
c, high efficiency and energy saving, fuel consumption than have fallen sharply, conventional batch equipment BiaoMei tons of consumption about 80-100 kg, and continuous feed equipment tons only 30 kg in coal consumption.
d, saving production time, reduced the conventional batch-type furnace heating, cooling, slag, frequently to charging invalid time, greatly improved the production efficiency.
e, used the simple and effective activity union seal structure, solve the problem of the conventional cracking equipment of dynamic and static combined with easy to leak.
