ZNHW-II Thermostat digital laboratory heating mantle
Use
1 Insert ~ 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, the display shows "K", set the window displays " 400" character, based appliance equipped with K -type thermocouple , temperature control up to 400 °C, 3 seconds later, the display shows room temperature , set temperature settings window displays the last value .
2 One-touch operation, press the set plus , to quickly set the desired heating temperature such as : 100 °C, heating said green light , green light means stop off , microcomputer will be determined according to the set temperature and current temperature to increase the size of the heat , to ensure that no temperature overshoot a warming place , and keep the balance for heat settings and display value ± 1 °C temperature difference under the heating process easy to complete .
3 Electric sets the lower left with a rubber stopper to protect the external thermocouple sockets not rust and corrosion inside with a turn , then unplug the probe is disconnected , the machine stopped working. If this plug with the external thermocouple should unplug the save, the external thermocouple plug into the socket and lock nut , and then the stainless steel probe into the solution for temperature control heating .
4 The electrical burnout protection function, when the thermocouple connection is bad, the display shows " 1" or "hhhh" window 100 on , the green light is off , stop heating appliances to be checked before use
