Machine line sort:
We have two machine lines:
1---One is pyrolysis line which can refine furnace oil for buring from waste tyre,plastic and rubber.The capacity can be 6ton,7ton,8ton,10ton and 12 ton per batch.
2---The other one is distillation line which can refine diesel and gasoline from furnace oil or waste oil.The capacity can range from 3ton to 25on.
Production process:
After you feed the raw material,it will become gas under the high tempreture.Then the gas go through the catalyst chamber.At this time,some gas will become liquid.Next is our cooling pipe and oil-water seperater.After this,there are about 70%oil flow to our first oil tank.And the balance gas will go through the condensors.After this cooling system,30% oil will flow to our second oil tank.The next will be our anti-back fire device which will recycle the waste gas to the furnace.

Safety Device:
We all know,this is a special industry,so the safty is very important.Our factory set the following safe devices in this machine line according to our 20 years expericnce.
1--safety valve,presure gage and alarming device:They will warn you the dangerous.And they can also solve the dangerous auotmatically.
2--Oil-waste seperator:This is a safe device and water sealing system.In this device,there is 70% water,which will prevent oil gas going back to the reactor.In this case,there will be no blast.
3--Anti-back fire device:It will recycle tail gas(such as CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10 and so on) to the furnace and burn as fuel.This can save energy for you and also can prevent tail gas polluting the environment.
