A---The host of scrap tire recycling machine
is composed by reactor,fire channel,outer packaging,slag discharge mouth and etc.
1.Reactor---Pyrolysis waste tyre/rubber/plastic.Build-in spiral plate,which is convenient for automatically feeding and slagging.
2.Fire channel---Composed by several furnaces,which is high utilization rate and energy saving.
3.Outer packaging---Adopting several layers of refractory material inside.Be made of steel plate outside which is solid,good looking and sealing well.
4.Slag discharge mouth---Is used for automatically slagging.
B---Catalyst chamber---Reduce the speed of oil gas.
1.It has 3 functions:1)catalysis.2)dust removing, with the special design, the dust will sink, and the gas get through, avoid congestion.3)decompress.
