We,Xi'an GX machinery and electric L.T.D. is a professional enterprise with precision investment casting,die casting,sand casting and machining.
There are about 360 employees,including 47 mid/senior-level technican and QC&QA.The enginner design,research and develop the products by Auto CAD,Solidworks,Pre-E software. We can supply material carbon steel,stainless steel alloy steel,carbon steel,heat resistant steel,cast iron,aluminum alloy.zinc alloy,copper alloy.The products are used widely in industries of auto,train,engineering,chemical,construction,metallurgy,boat,texitile machine,air tool etc.
We have set up a complete quality system and got ISO9001 certificate.
Our producing process are according t program files of cassting and machining.We have a whole set of advanced chemical and mechanical properties inspecting machine,such as 60KN tensile strength tester,30KN tensile strenth tester,shock tester,Brielle/Rockwell hardness tester,magnetic partical inspection equipment,reflectoscope,Germany spectrometer,X-ray inspection equipment,coordinates measuring machining(CMM),pouring simulation system etc.
