Mobile conveyor belt with ISO Standard
Belt conveyor is a kind of material handling machinery used for continuously materials conveying in a certain line. It is also known as the continuous conveyor. Horizontal, inclined and vertical conveying are all available with conveyor. Generally the conveying line of a conveyor is fixed. Conveyor is widely used because of its large conveying capacity and long conveying distance. Several production processes could also be carried out on a conveyor. Belt conveyor consists of frame, conveying belt, roller, tension device, transmission device, etc. It is widely used for conveying materials in mine, metallurgy, building material, chemistry, and mineral processing industries. A belt conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small lump materials or bagged materials, such as coal, crushed stone, sand, concrete, fertilizer, grain, etc. The temperature of conveyed materials is less than 60°C. Length and installation of the machine can be designed upon users' requirements. Electricity roller or driving equipment with driving frame can be adopted to drive the belt conveyor.
Working Principle:
Belt conveyor is divided into rise-and-fall and non rise-and-fall conveyors. High quality movable belt conveyor is driven by electric pulley, rising &falling and running of whole machine are all nonmobile. universal wheel is mounted below device, makes the conveyor a flexible motion. the transport height can be adjusted to meet different operation demand. With steel tube construction, leggiere, beautiful and sound mobility.

Application
Belt conveyor is widely used to transfer granular materials or packaged stuff in many industries, such as mining, metallurgical and coal etc. As per process requirement, one single belt or multiples belts can be assembled flexibly with other transferring equipments.
It should be operated under the condition with temperature range from -10 °C. to +40 °C.The temperature of transferred materials should be lower than +50 °C.
