1)  Continuous Operation: The latest continuous--feed system has a much process capacity since it doesn't require the starting and the stopping in the pyrolysis reaction circle. The increased automation clearly has the big advantage of reduced downtime, reduced labor cost and increased efficiency over the batch feed generation .

2)  High Oil Rate & Improved Oil Quality:our pyrolysis machine with special designed gas separator and distillation tower. With the help of the catalyst within the distillation tower, our pyrolysis system pre-refine the vapor before the condensing process. then, the output crude-oil rate and quality is dramatically improved after these extra process.

3) Energy Friendly: once the pyrolysis process entering the stable stage the whole system will be sustained by the un-condensable gas generated through the reaction. the system could continuously work for mouths at the reasonable cost of electricity power.

A:Yes, with experience in refining for more than years, we have trained a lot of mature refining staff, It is no problem that long-term or short-term services. You are responsible for worker’s safety, salary, accommodation and round-trip expenses.

A:All the materials for used oil recycling is used national standard steel ,also our equipment have been exported to many countries, nobody had any question about our quality and normal running, please rest assured purchase!!!

Q:How about your quality guarantee terms?

A: Quality guarantee term is for 24 months. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc. will be responsible for clients-self.
