SD-622B Shoe backpart industrial heat and cold moulding machine air pressure shoe heel molding machine
1. This machine can be used for the preheating finilization of the upper in the shoe making industry, joining the back upper, heel and insole together for a last effect.
2. The upper should be located rapidly before operation ,and it should be seen clearly with eyes. The barometric leather cover used by the upper mold does not need to be changed frequently.
3. The lower mold is fixed by a single screw and can be quickly disassembled .The controlling mold is replaced by P.L.C programming and is capable of easy operation and maintenace.
4. This machine has six hot-gas fans to activate the heels for adjustment .Rapid change of internal mold is used for producing gm shoes, footwear and slipon shoes.
5. To achieve the right shaping position ,this machine is equipped with focusing lights and multifuctional jigs, thus achiving good effects by making vamps and shoe molds joint completely.
