1.The use of common electric circuits,(to which compatible "Siemens" computer controlling system can be applied), is fully suitable for such flow designs as outsole operation, disposal, sizing, and combination, leading to improved productive efficiency and quality, economization of man powder, and increased productivity.
2.The double-layer design separately controls the temperature of the sole and the vamp and is capable of synchronal transmission with upper layer to the sole and the lower layer to the vamp in accordance with somatology, thus leading to a less energy consumption of the operator and an improved productivity.
3.This machine provides many grouping of temperature setting. Therefore required temperature can be easily adjusted. Its operation is convenient and simple,and temperature is uniform and stable.
4.Before pasting the sole, the oven has a glue activation device which can enhance the bond strength of the sole.
5.The high speed conveyor quickly and directly transports the shoes to the working site of the sole joiner to avoid the cooling of shoes and to better the effects of sole pasting.
6.The adaptation of the design of hot wind circulation and convection enables fast heating, recycling of heat, and an economization of electricity.
7.The gas emission system contains a special set of exhaust fan devices which can emit waste gases and solvent gases to free the operator and the workers from the troubles caused by the scents of the cement and to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
