Adopting the technology at home and abroad, this newly developed machine has reached the international level and has become a necessity for many knife users.
·The working table is of electromagnetic chunk with strong magnetic power and lower consumption.
·The spindle motor is professionally made for grinding knife, with high precision and easy maintenance.
· The machine has a double tilting fillet to lock tight the electro-magnetic chunk, so the grinder is more stable.
· The machine chooses rack driving, so the grinding head travelling is smoother.
· The moving up and down of the grinding head is depended on the ball screw.
· The machine can use for a long time without the dropping of the knife. It is the no clearance transmission.
· The switch and the contactor is choose from French Schneider electric components. And the button is chose from Siemens.
· The movement of the grinding head is controlled by the inverter. Its speed is 0-20m/s. Its speed can be fitted for both accurate grinding and rough grinding.
