7. The moving up and down of the grinding head is depended on the ball screw. The machine can use for a long time without the dropping of the knife. It is the no clearance transmission.

8. The linear guide is from Taiwan TBI. It can keep the smoothness of the walking and it has a long life.

9. The movement of the grinding head is controlled by the inverter. Its speed is 0-20m/s. Its speed can be fitted for both accurate grinding and rough grinding.

10. The Siemens touch screen is a PLC controller. You can set the automatic cycle times, automatic feeding times, feeding number and grinding head walking speed by the touch screen. This can finish the grinding of one knife only by one-touch operation.

11. The feeding is controlled by impulse. The servo motor drive the up and down of the grinding head.
