Basic information of our machine                         

1 This machine is used for pre-pressing process of making plywood, block board and decorative board.

2 The whole structure is designed and manufactured based on advanced international experience and new technological requirements.

3 The electric system and hydraulic system of the machine have been examined precisely and the free-beam will not fall by its own gravity with results assuring excellent quality.

4 The cylinder is made of super-hard metal,and the seal use low-resistance stepped gaskets, no leakage.

 Product show 

1.Oil system:constructed by oil cylinder,oil box,oil pump,oil pump motor,controlled valve and pressure meter.Oil pump motor drive oil pump to pump oil,oil will transfer to oil cylinder with oil pipe.Overall valve controls the max pressure of hydraulic system for protecting system overload,uni-throttle makes the press piece produce back press for being steady,electromagnetic valve is used to keep the pressure of system setting,pressure meter is used to display pressure.

2.Electric controlled system:constructed by main current and controlled current,current is adopter auto breaker,fuse cutter,AC contactor to protect overload,short current,loss pressure of machine tool and electromagnetic valve.

plate balance structure:constructed by balance lift and fall rack,lift and fall gears,axis of rotation,and fix rotation,and fix rotate bearing.Left and right balance racks are mounted on the machine body,two ends of the axis of rotation mounted with lift and fall gears,the axis can run flexibly with two bearing on two ends.When lift and fall gears,the axis can run matching with balance rack,it can pressing ensure the plate keep balance during move.

4.Press plate:constructed by upper press plate and lower press plate.These two press plates are all welded by profile wood and steel plate,it's worrking plane is processed by big gantry milling machine.Upper press plate's up and down is controlled by the oil cylinder which is connected with the upper press plate with oil cylinder bar.Lower press plate is welded on the machine stand directly.
