It can be separately used by hand or fixed on benches to form the automatic ultrasonic equipment.

Ultrasonic Handle Welder is basically formed by ultrasonic transducer, booster, horn, shell, and generator. The ultrasonic generator transforms commercial electric into AC electric of high frequency and high voltages. Then this current is transported to ultrasonic transducer. In fact, the ultrasonic transducer is a kind of part for energy transformation. It can transform the inputted electric energy into mechanical energy, i.e ultrasonic. It appears in the vertically flexing movement of transducer. This flexing frequency equals to the AC frequency supplied by the generator. The booster can not only fix the whole Ultrasonic Vibration System, but also amplify the transducer output amplitude. The horn amplifies this amplitude even and transport ultrasonic waves to working piece. To melt the glue, force crystal-ball (stone) firmly sticked on clothes, that’s what Ultrasonic Crystal-ball fixer do. To melt part of plastic hairpins, stamp strass in, that’s Ultrasonic hot fix machine. To be fitted with cuniform horn, cut piece material, that’s Ultrasonic cutting machine.
