Bauxite ore introduction:

Bauxite, an aluminium ore, is the world's main source of aluminium. It consists mostly of the minerals gibbsite Al(OH)3, boehmite γ-AlO(OH) and diaspore α-AlO(OH), mixed with the two iron oxides goethite and haematite, the clay mineral kaolinite and small amounts of anatase TiO2.

Construction:ceramsite sand production equipment consists of cylindrical shell, supporting device, supporting device of thrust roller, driving unit, moveable kiln head, sealing device on the tail of kiln, coal dust pipe device, etc.

1, Horizontal Ceramsite sand rotary kiln is composed of rotary kiln cylinder,roller support device,kiln head,kiln sealing device,preheater,dust-collecting fan,cooler,etc.

 2, The horizontal ceramsite sand rotary kiln and level has a certain slope,in the rotation,the materials are sent to kiln trail from the kiln head,the kiln cylinder turns and rolls,so that the materials can be evenly been heated by the high temperature,promote its reaction formation into ceramic sand.The whole kiln body is supported by the roller,and has the catch wheel to control the kiln up and down.

3, Besides the main drive,transmission parts also set the auxiliary transmission,which ensure the kiln slow rotation under the power is cutted off and prevent the kiln body deformation.The kiln head adopt shell cover sealing device,the kiln trail is equipped with axial-contact sealing device to ensure the reliability of the seal.
