Separation equipment of magnetic separator for iron ore
Magnetic separator is a kind of ore processing equipment, which is mainly suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite and other materials whose granularity is below 3mm.
Magnetic ore separator can also be applied to iron removal work of coal, non-metal ores, building materials and other materials.
They are wet magnetic separator, magnetic drum separator and dry magnetic separator machine in our company.
Characteristics of Magnetic Separators:
1. Magnetic separator uses dynamic magnetic system design, which has good separating effect.
2. Magnetic separator uses open magnetic system, which is of no materials clogging and high processing capacity.
3. It can be used for dry magnetic separation, which is not restricted by the water and has high productivity.
4. It can be applied to coarse separation of lean iron ore after coarse crushing or medium crushing, which can eliminate surrounding rock and other waste stones, thus reducing load of next procedure.
5. Magnetic separator for sale can be used in ceramic industry to eliminate mixed iron from porcelain clay, thus improving quality of ceramic products.
