Carbonization machine for pyrolysis sawdust and rice husk for charcoal
Carbonization machine mainly used for making sawdust and rice husk carbon.
Raw materials for making carbon:
Wood materials: sawdust, wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells, Stick, plant stalks, bark, scrap, firewood, bamboo wood shavings
and other carbon-containing material (diameter 15mm or less granular)
Nutshell: almond shells, coconut, peach shell, palm shell
Carbonization machine consists of feeding system, carbonization systems (hosts and coal discharging equipment),
purification systems, condensate systems, heating systems (gasifier),etc.

How to start carbonization furnace?
1.Circulating pump open
2.Host open
3.Top feeder open
4.Middle feeder open
5.Carbon discharging open
6.Open gasfier butterfly valve and outdoor exhaust valve(host pipe butterfly valve, adjustable-temperature burner butterfly valve, host burner butterfly valve are closed)
7.Open fan, start gasfier
8.1-2 minutes later, open temperature-controlling burner valve, burner begin to work,close exhaust valve.when burner work normally, open host burner valves, ignite the burner groups, close temperature-controlling burner valve.
9.According to different materials, when reached the required temperature for carbonization, carbonization furnace feeder begin to work, at same time, open carbonization furnace valve a little gap(recycling flammable gas in pipeline), open carbonization furnace valve step by step, close gasifier valve step by step, when gas can meet self demand, close gasifier valve.When temperature is too high, ignite temperature controlling burner, close fan to decrease temperature.
How to close carbonization furnace?
1.Close feeder( make sure no materials left)
2.Close fan
3.Close top feeder
4.Close middle feeder
5.Close carbon-discharging equipment
6.When temperature fall to 300℃,close host
7.Close pump
8.Stop power supply
9.Sealing top of gasifier and discharging gate of gasfier
10.Carbon powder storage( make sure safe, avoid fire)
