Raw materials for making carbon:
Wood materials: sawdust, wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells, Stick, plant stalks, bark, scrap, firewood, bamboo wood shavings and
other carbon-containing material (diameter 15mm or less granular)
Nutshell: almond shells, coconut, peach shell, palm shell
Pyrolysis 1 t biomass material can produce flue gas(250-300m3), carbon(250-300kg), wood vinegar(200-250kg), wood tar(30-50kg)
Carbonization furnace consists of feeding system, carbonization systems (hosts and coal discharging equipment),
purification systems, condensate systems, heating systems (gasifier),etc.

Advantages of continuous carbonization equipment:
1. High pressure fan absorb carbon monoxide, mathane, oxygen for recycling.
2. Three layers integrated.
3. Under the function of heat preservation box, carbonization goes smoothly.
4.Combined chain wheel, chain rotation with reducer and adjustable-speed motor, carbonization equipment can work continuously. Adjustable-speed motor applied to different materials, ensure carbon powder quality.
5.Groove equipped with supporting wheel, offering power for continuous carbonization.
6.Screw device ensured materials conveyed from one end to the other end, screw height and screw pitch, ensured production and space for discharging of flammable gas and steam, solved problem of congestion. (Under high temperature, materials produce wood vinegar fluid gas, wood tar oil gas and steam, if it can not discharging in time, may jammed)
7.Screw device make materials heating uniform, continuous production, high quality carbon powder.
8.Sealed box and high temperature graphite fixed in sealed slot, by snap ring and screw bolt, adjust sealing clearance.
