Product Description

Our advantages:

a)Adopt efficient coal,fuel and non-condensable gas mixed fuel heating system,the system of the flue gas via strong atomized dust remover and industrial waste gas purifier process after discharge can reach the national pollution-free emissions standards,the complete set of the device environmental effect can achieve the European and American highest standards and also approved by American EPI environmental protection certification.

b)Final product of tyre:45% tire oil,35% carbon black,12-15% steel wire and 5-8% gas.The essential component of non-condensable gases is hydrocarbon organic matter from C1 to C4 and hydrogen chloride,sulfur,formic acid and acetic acid.Our current process is removing the corrosive harmful gas before it being burned as fuel,and separated into two independent systems by Micro Negative Pressure system and combustion system,then through the second safety liquid seal gas separation device and a special fire-back burning device,and then into the combustion system to burn.Finally achieve harmless emissions.

c)The cooling tower circulating water is supplied by cooling pool;Water seal,vacuum pump water tank and dust removal's water supplied by water pump room,due to the amount of the water used less,can be manually controlled to add on the system running.Water supply and drainage equipment adhere to the principle of the water circulation,and ensure the water circulation and a small amount of evaporation of water supplied by the water supply system.As the water circulation,no waste water let out.

d)we can provide you with warehouse construction drawings once you approve the machines.Also,on-site installation guide is supported.

e)The life span of the machine is 5 year.Free lifetime testing,free replacement main parts in one year.

f)The electricity connection usually is 220V/380V,our engineer can meet your requirements.
