Pre-cleaning

In most cases, the raw materials delivered to the mills are not pure grains.

So we need clean the grain first use Cylinder pre-cleaner

 For the more dirty grain and the bigger capacity . 

Cleaning section

to clean out the middle and small impurity from grain , including Vibrating sieve, Magnetic separator, Wheat scourer, Gravity Classify Destoner, Plan-revolving sifter

Clean out impurities and protect the machinery as well

Dampening system

 We use Wheat Washer, Dampener  to give rich moisture to the grain for the next step milling .

1.Keep complete bran :remove the Endosperm from the bran.
Guarantee the flour quality and improve the flour extraction rate .
2. Easy milling : After water in the endosperm increases, its strength is reduced, moving the grinding consumption decreased and endosperm easily pulverized into a powder.
3. Easy separation: the bonding force between the bran and endosperm weakened, easy separation of the bran and endosperm

Mill 

 Roller Mill Flaking

The roller mill is by far the most important grinding machine in a mill.

The endosperm is gradually reduced in particle size by running it between a series of pairs of rotating steel rollers, either corrugated or smooth, and is separated from the bran and germ by running it over sieves. All pairs of rollers in a roller mill have one slow mill and one fast one. The rolls turn in opposite directions, toward each other, pulling the stock between them.

The sifting principle is based on a circular movement of a sieve which separates small and light particles from small but heavy particles. 

Purifier

 In a wheat mill, purification is achieved when fine bran and germ are separated from endosperm particles to increase the purity of coarse endosperm (farina or semolina).

This purification step allows the miller to maximize extraction of low ash, bright color flour.
