Products overview:
This series pressing machine is a type of equipment of making powdered material pressed into the ball. Its application is very extensive, and the following materials can be pressure groups, granulation or pressure the ball, such as: aluminum scrap, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic soda, charcoal, clay, Coke breeze, coal, cryolite, chemical fertilizer, plastic, carbamide, and Potassium salt and so on. The aim is to reduce dust, control capacity, return to the use, and improve transport characteristics. The design of the product is mainly used for let dry powder press into Pidgeon magnesium process of pellet feed.
After years of industrial use and improved, compared with other similar products, this machine has apparent advantages: high making ball rate, less power consumption, compact design for easy assessment, it is undoubtedly an ideal of critical equipment for Pidgeon magnesium process.
To meet the requirements of the material forming, preloading spiral adopts electromagnetic adjustable speed motor. The way to control speed is the hand controlled, the user Can appropriately change the speed of preloading motor to reach the highest ball rate and the maximum capacity according to situation of making balls, after the material pressed is screened by the screening machine, then screen the qualified team for packaging, the rest material can be returned for the bunker and mixed to new material to press groups.
