Application of coal and charcoal extruder machine:
Alternative serious lack of high quality coal resources in a country, it is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy and ceramics burn, etc, it's the ideal equipment which for various production and efficiency improvement of enterprises.
Raw material of coal and charcoal extruder machine:
sawdust, tree branches, bamboo sawdust, coconut shells, crop straw, wood branch, rick hull, peanut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, straw, rice husks, corn cobs, peanut skins, vinasse, sesame straw, corncob, shrubs broken branches and our machines are capable of making various sizes of charcoal, which can be used for animal food, biomass straw fuel and others.
The process for production of coal and charcoal extruder machine:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;
3. Put the material into feeding hole of the briquette machine;
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass muaterial without any additive.
Working principle of coal and charcoal extruder machine:
MBJ type of coal extruder (coal rods machine) is on the basis of the principle of screw extrusion for pulverized coal permeability with binder to make it have a certain strength of circular or quincunx coal rods.
Technical features of coal and charcoal extruder machine:
1. Incoming spiral with big guide process and fast feeding materials, promoting spiral with small guide process and saving power.
2. Shaft block and cylinder, using rigid connection, high concentricity, resistance to counterthrust and stable.
3. The parts need to seal use fault structure and dirty oil missed by the fault.
4. Hydraulic coupler drive has function of overload protection and smooth operation with small noise.
5. Head and cylinder connection has card ring structure and bolt structure, user can choose to buy according to their own needs.
