Summary
JFRHJ vacuum emulsifying machine is specially designed according to cosmetics and oilment products production technology by bringing in German advanced technique.It consists pretreatment kettle,vacuum emulsifying kettle,vacuum system,hy-draulic system,material emptying system,electric control system and working plane.
Purpose
The unit is fit for production of oilment and cream products in cosmetics plant.It is especially more effective for preparation and emulsification of high-viscosity host material and materials that Contain much solid substanc.
Characteristics
The unit has simple operation,stable function,good homogenization,high production efficiency,convenient cleaning,reasonable structure and high automation.Moreover,it occupies small area.
Advantages
1,The machine adopts upside coaxial triple mixer,which opens cover through hydraulic pressure up-down.The rotate speed of fast homogeneous mixer is 0~3500 r/min (frequency control) while that of slowwall-scraping mixer is 0~60 r/min (frequency control) .
2,The homogeneous hed adopts high-scraping mixer clings to kettle bottom and kettle wall automatically.Vacuum material absorption (especially for powder material) can avoid powder dusts rising.
3,The whole process should be carried out in vacuum conditio so that material will not produce air bubble after high-speed mixing and the process can meet sanitary and aseptic requirment.
4,The system is equipped with CIP cleanng system.The parts where vesel contacts material adopt SUS316L material.
5,The inner surface adopts mirror polish (300EMSH Sanitary-grade) in order to guarantee the stability of control part,the electric applicance control part adopts products of Germany Siemen Company,press button adopts product of Germany SCHNEIDER ompany,transducer uses products of Japan Mazushida Electric Engineering,and vacuum pump uses products of Siemen Company.
6,The machine is made completely in accordance with GMP standard,which is the most advanced and ideal cream and oilment production equipment in domestic.
