Application
Suitable for the extraction of tea leaves, Chinese herbal medicine.
Technical explanation
1 75 °C to 95 °C pure water is applied for dipping tea leaf in this unit, tea solution is then filtered and clarified after most valuable components are extracted out.
2 With logical design of hot-water generator, dipping vessels and separating sequence, rationality and continuity of realistic operation are guaranteed. Control of hot water's temperature, proportion of tea and water, dipping time and times, separation and clarification of tea solution are key points in this unit
3 Dipping time, holding time and times of dipping can be exactly set through PLC control and therefore nice quality of tea solution is obtained.
