1.SAFETY
the security system is composed of two water seals, pressure sensors, temperature sensors and safety valves

5.ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTION
1.waste gas
Flammable gas can be recycle used by the reactor.
Waste smoke can be disposal by strong spray tower and activated carbon adsorption tower ,let the harmless smoke out!
2.waste water
which can use waste disposal equipment to recycling used by strong spray tower
3.waste residues
the whole production process, running in Airtight state!
use backside discharger help to save the carbon discharging time and keep the factory clean.

6.1.High configuration
The reactor is made of Q245R Boiler plate with 16mm thickness
Strong spray tower stainless steel
Activated carbon adsorption tower stainless steel
Draft fan stainless steel
Cooling system made of 2condensor ,cooling tower &1set of calandria system
6.2. Fuel
The fuel can be coal, oil, gas & firewood.
6.3. End product percentage
Tyre oil 40%-45%, Carbon black 30%-35%, Steel wire 10%, Waste gas 10%
6.4 pyrolysis time:
Feeding time: 1.5-2hours by using auot-feeding machine
Pyrolysis time: 8-10hours
Cooling time: 2-3hours by using calandria cooling system,cooling surface around 32m³
Discharging time: 1.5-2hours by using backside discharger
6.5 Cover land:around 200Square meters
6.5. Delivery time:20-25days after we receive deposit.
6.6.We will supply the spare part for free when shipment
