2.Plant features
1.Special for plastic design ,more easy to pyrolysis plastic
2.with auto feeder , fully continuous feding
3.with dewax and decolor device, plastic oil witout was, no bad smell
the oil color is more light and transparent,so the oil is more pure.
4.High oil rate, by the catalys , the pyrolysis process will be accelerated ,and the chemistry reaction more complete ,
so high oil rate we get ,normally about 15% higher than normal plant.
5.How can we remove wax of oil and remove bad odour?
First step, we use catalyst. Catalyst is a kind of solid ball diameter is between 6-13mm. We put catalyst into catalyst tower (80*2000mm) , when heating reactor , solid plastic change to oil gas, then oil gas go to sub-air pacakge, after sub-air package oil gas goes in to catalyst tower , here in catalyst tower oil gas pyrolysised to small oil molecule.
Second step. Use decolorizer alkali liquor. After catalysis, plastic oil comes in buffer tank. Here we pump decolorizer alkali liquor into buffer tank, so tyre oil and decolorizer alkali liquor do chemical reaction, then decolorizer alkali liquor and plastic oil come out buffer tank and go into cooling system, and this chemical reaction keep going until in cooling system.
Finally in cooling system 99% sulfid haven been removed from plastic oil and change to liquid fatlute, then liquid fatlute and clean light oil go in to oil tank, in the oil tank plastic oil will deposit and come down in the tank bottom, but fatlute in the up of oil tank. Light oil come out of oil tank from bottom, fatlute come out from up oil tank.
Now the dedust and bad smell removed from plastic oil.
6.Other styles:
Our pyrolysis plant -convert waste tyre, plastic or other raw material to fuel oil without pollution,specification from 2ton to 40ton (per day capacity ),from batch type to semi-continuous type and to fully continuous type. Customized plants also are welcome.
