5) The machine installation
We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after make the order .we will send engineer when buyer get the machine. The engineer mainly install the machine and training your workers.
6) The machine cover area:
The machine itself cover 300-400 square meters(length 20-30M ; Width 15M)
Add raw material stay, carbon black stay, big oil tank zone ,workers rest room and simple office. At least 600-800square meters
7) How many workers need operate machine:
4 workers is enough operate one set machine.
8) catalyst formula:
we will supply the catalyst formula after you order the machine,you can buy them at your local.
9) Delivery time:
We will delivery the machine within 15-20days after get the advance payment(30% of the total amount).
10) Port (China):
lianyungang port & qingdao port & shanghai po
11)After-sale service:
1) The warranty time: we guarantee the main reactor 3years, other parts one year expect the wearing parts.
2) Beyond the warranty time, if the buyer need the seller's technician to repair equipment, the buyer should provide the accommodation and round-trip ticket.
