Q: what is your major products ?
A: Our pyrolysis plant -
convert waste tyre, plastic or other raw material to fuel oil without pollution,specification from 2ton to 40ton (per day capacity ),from batch type to semi-continuous type and to fully continuous type.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 20 days if the goods are in stock.
Q: How carbon slag ?
A:
1.there are sprirals inside reator , when reactor run ,carbon black will go the the end of reactor automaticly ,
2. at the end of reactor there connnect one carbon slag machine, aftter carbon go to the end , then it go to the
carbon slag machine, then the salge machine will discharge slag out drived by one motor
3.the whole slag system, is in sealing way, so no carbon powder fly in air .it is pollution free.
4. speacial design for slag, it shorten discharge time .
Q: How to make pollution free
A: .
1.waste gas
Flammable gas can be recycle used by the reactor.
2.waste water
which can use waste disposal equipment to recycling used by strong spray
tower.
3.Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
4.Waste smoke.We have 3 level smoke disposal system.
