industrial rotary dryer for metal fittings
This industrial rotary dryer is hot sale for the dryer of metal parts, like metal fittings, metal pieces, and metal shavings. It adopts centrifuge dry and heating dry principle, the motor driven drum is rotated by the belt, and drum rotates with the speed to separate most liquid, together with means of hot gas heating wire mounted on the centrifug, the fans installed under the drum force the air to get through the heating wire box, so that the cycle of the hot heated air will dry the metal parts further, to reach the purpose of fast drying parts. when the metal parts drying is completed, they can still use the foot brake quickly stops the drum to improve production efficiency. With different user metal parts processing, we can give you customized stainless steel drum and pore size to suitable for your metal parts size.
Working principle:
Metal parts through the inlet directly into the drum before or when the drum rotating, the drum is rotated by a belt driven by the motor speed. Under the centrifugal force, the solid phase settle to the drum and liquid flow out from the oulet. When there is no liquid flow out, stop the machine, and get out the metals in the drum.
