PSD series centrifuge dryer machine is a kind of improved centrifuge base on SD series three feet up discharge centrifuge.
All parts of PSD centrifuge machine is made of stainless steel 304, better for acid resistant, and corrosion resistent, widely used in chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
With the characterstics of reduce labor intensity, quick discharging, easy cleaning filter bag, the PSD series centrifuge machine has received good reputation.
Structure & principle of centrifuge dryer machine:
The drum runs with high-speed by motor, materials enter the drum from top feed pipe ,then run forward to the shell of the drum by centrifugal force, in this case liquor pass through the sieve pore and sieve pore of the shell, then be discharged. Then solid be hold in the drum. After the separation open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and suspend the lip ring together with the filter bags containing cake to discharge. Loosen the grip, make sure the filter bag open, then the filter cake will automatic drop down.
Application of centrifuge dryer machine:
Chemicals: dyes, pigments, alum white powder, manganese, caustic soda, soda ash, chlor-alkali salt mud, white carbon black, saponin, graphite, bleaching powder, Synaptic powder, phosphor, sodium hydrosulfite, potassium chlorate, potassium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, ferric hydroxide, water purification agent (aluminum sulfate, chloride, basic aluminum chloride) and so on.
Medicine: Antibiotics (chlortetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, Jinggangmeisu, Midecamycin, tetracycline, berberine, oxytetracycline), calcium phytate, medicine inositol, growth derived sand, organic phosphorus, glucoamylase.
Food: rice wine, white wine, fruit juice, soft drinks, beer, yeast, citric acid, vegetable protein, plant density sweetener, glucose, stevia, maltose, starch, rice flour, corn syrup, gum, carrageenan, MSG, spices, sauce liquid , oral, soy, seaweed.
Refining: white oil, sesame oil, light oil, glycerin, machine oil, vegetable oil.
Clay: kaolin, bentonite, activated clay, clay, electronic ceramics clay.
Sewage treatment: a variety of liquid chemical waste water, sewage smelting, electroplating wastewater, sewage leather, printing and dyeing wastewater, sewage brewing, pharmaceutical waste water, sewage and other environmental particulates clarify new equipment purification process.
