The full-automatic concrete roofing tile making machine is the most advanced innovative, cost-effective and eco-friendly professional tile forming equipment.
1) Main Technical Information
We have two models of the full -automatic roofing tile forming machine: MYW-8 and MYW-10.
MYW-8 tile machine can produce normal size tiles: 420*330*15mm, 424*337*15mm.
MYW-10 tile machine can produce large size tiles: 940*640*15mm, 1230*640*20mm.

B) Raw Material
Mix water, raw material such as cement, coal ash or stone powder and sand up in proportion and feed the mixture evenly to the main machine of the CNC concrete roof tile making machine, and then under the high pressure of a hydraulic cylinder and a tile mould, semifinished concrete roof tiles that become concrete roof tiles after maintenance and painting are produced. If different moulds such as terrazzo moulds are applied, terrazzo can be obtained.
