Plastic bottle shredder is specially designed for crushing various plastic material (PET/PE/PP/PVC) bottles, such as coca cola bottles, purified water bottles, spring water bottles, milk bottles and so on. The blade of plastic bottle crusher using claw structure which with strong adhesion for hollow thin-wall products and sheet.
Working principle: Shredding machine completes the whole material broken by rotate blades of the axis and fixed blades on the equipment cut each other, as well rely on inertial impact. During crusher working, motor drive spindle at high speed, the material fed into the crusher evenly and broken by blade impact and shear tear. Crushed material flow down with water. When the size meet the screen requirement, they will come out of the machine.
