Plastic crusher with friction washer
Plastic crusher with friction washer is specially designed for crushing waste LDPE agricultural film, HDPE bags, waste PP woven bags and so on.
Arc knife structure and strip screen design make material not winding on the blade, as well mesh screen, thus there will be no plugging during machine working.
Friction washer under crusher is for pre-washing waste PE PP films. It also with dewatering function.
Now Plastic crusher with friction washer is widely used in PE PP crushing washing recycling line.
Advantages of plastic crusher with friction washer
- Hydraulic pressure or motor-driven open crusher hopper. It can be opened and closed easily to allow swift changing of blades.
- External bearing seat. Effectively avoid the casing of the crushing of material into the bearing, improve bearing working life.

Yes, engineer service is allowed.

In warranty period, we will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us. If the problem is caused by wrong operation, we supply the spare part in cost price.
3. How long is the warranty period?
One year since date on bill of loading.
4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine?
All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
