Waste PE PP film crusher is specially designed for crushing PE PP film, such as PE agriculture film, PE PP waste bags, ton bag, woven bags, waste industry film and so on. Arc knife structure and strip screen design make material not winding on the blade, as well mesh screen, thus there will be no plugging during machine working. Capacity from 300kg/h to 2000kg/h.
Working principle: PE PP film crusher completes the whole material broken by rotate blades of the axis and fixed blades on the equipment cut each other, as well rely on inertial impact. During crusher working, motor drive spindle at high speed, the material fed into the crusher evenly and broken by blade impact and shear tear. Crushed material flow down with water. When the size meet the screen requirement, they will come out of the machine.

1. Blades material is 9CrSi, SKD-11, D2 optional and through many Wear-resistant treatment.
2. Motor drive control hopper. It can be opened and closed easily to allow swift changing of blades.
