Single shaft shredder
Single shaft shredder can be used for a wide verity of applications, such as shredding lump plastic material, PE PP head material, foam, films, woven bags, ton bags, boards, wood, waste paper and so on. The output is 300kg/h - 2000kg/h.
Single shaft shredder working principle: Belt conveyor send raw material into crushing room which is made up of blade rotor, rotate blades, fixed blades and screen. Raw material is pushed nearby blade and through shredding, pushing, cutting process, final material which size less than mesh hole diameter will drop out from machine. The size bigger than mesh hole diameter will shred in crushing room again till less mesh hole diameter.
According to different physical property of material, the shaft design is different. Such as plastic lump, PE PP head material, it’s suitable for horizontal shaft design and will not block during material feeding. Because films, ton bags material can’t move into shredding room smoothly, we suggest incline shaft design to ensure material feeding continuously.
Applications of single shaft shredder:
- To process plastic material: thick wall diameter plastic pipes, plastic film, waste injection products, plastic bottles, bags, and so on.
- strong crushing shredders
- contrarotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in double direction.
