Detailed Product Description
the screw is combination by many parts, would be change convenience,is mainly used to extrude pet clean flakes,always for extruding PE, etc plastic material,
the machine have 100-200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, and 1000kg/h, use different motor and adjust the screw L/Detc. for different inquiry. the cutting way have stand cutting, water tank for cooling, and water ring cutting, the pellets is very cleaning.
With its double extruders, the granule after this line is with the advantage of less air in the middle.On the other hand, the automatic hydraulic mesh-changing device is equiped.
This line has the following parts: pre-plastic extruder, the second extruder, cooled water channel, cutter, air-blowing machine and the transition silo.
