PET granulating line
As we know PET is thinning material, hydrolyzing will be seen during the recycle procedure and it will reduce material viscosity. During the extrusion, inevitable friction and heating will reduce it again so the final granules will come out with dark color and poor transparency.
According to this situation we successfully developed the SHJ Series parallel twin screw extruder which is specially used for granulating. We can use it to make fine granules with recycled PET material.
1. Recycled PET material with devices which can increase the IV transparency and improve crystallization speed.
2. PET recycle characteristic changing device.
