PE film washing granulating recycling machine with CE certificate
PP woven bags/PE film crushing washing drying granulating recycling machine includes crushing, washing, drying and granulating function. Final products is PE/PP granules.
The capacity of washing recycling line is 300-1000kg/h. Max capacity of unit granulating system is 500kg/h.
The process of whole line: Belt conveyor- Plasic crusher- firction washing and dewatering machine-screw feeder- risining washer-high speed friction washer- rinsing washer-horizontal dewater machine-hopper-screw feeder-PE PP two stages extruder- hopper. The whole line device will be designed according to dirty degree, packing method of raw material.
Product advantages:
1. Friction washing dewatering machine: This machine usually placed back of crusher. Crusher is working with water. PE PP material with dirty water come to firction washing dewatering machine. It will friction wash raw materials and remove drity water at same time. Ensure dirty water will not flow into next equipment.
2. Rinsing washing tank: double V bottom design, more deep and volume than old model which are good for rinsing washing.
3. New model high speed friction washer: This model friction washer with three zones. First zone is swage water dewatering, second zone is clean water friction washing, third zone is friction dewatering. It with screen cleaning device and big maintain door.
4. PE PP film squeezing pelletizing machine. Final products like popcron, mositure is around 1-2%. It good for material feeding of extruder, ensure capacity of extruder.
5. PE PP film(with water) extruder
Electromagnetic heating, two stage extruder makes granule no bubbles with high density.
