Belt conveyor-Sand impurity separator-Belt conveyor-Single shaft shredder-Screw loader-Friction washer-Washing tank-Friction washer-Washing tank-Screw loader-Dewater-pipe drier(Or change dewater and pipe drier to film rubbing and granulating machine)-Packing silo-Electric cabinet.
Sand impurity separator will remove the sand from waste garbage films first. This will reduce the sand damage to single shaft shredder blade. And our friction washer has three functions at the same time. It can wash, friction and dewater the garbage films together. By two times friction washers and two washing tanks. The materials will be very clean. And our dewater speed is 1850rpm. This will make the moisture to be 5-8%. Also this part we can change to rubbing and granulating machine. The materials can come into granulating machine directly.
