HDPE/LDPE milk bottle recycling machine is designed for crushing, washing and drying waste HDPE/LDPE milk bottles.
The capacity is 300-1000kg/h and this flow chart is only for reference. Different material dirty degree, configuration is different.

1. Belt conveyor
To send material into plastic crusher.
2. Plastic crusher
To grind HDPE/LDPE milk bottles, we have model XPS600, XPS900, XPS1200, XPS1600 with capacity 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h for option.
The plastic crusher is working with water. It's pre-washing flakes during crushing.
3. Screw feeder
To send flakes to next machine.
4. High speed friction washer
This high speed friction washer with three functions in one. First, sewage water dewatering. Second, to wash flakes with clean water. Third, to dewater flakes again.
5. Hot rinsing washer
It is for washing material with grease/oil. The temperature is automation control. There is cover on washing tank to keep temperature.
6. Screw discharger
To discharge material from hot rinsing washer.
7. High speed friction washer
To remove Stubborn stains in material.
8. Double-V type rinsing washer
To rinsing wash material again which makes HDPE/LDPE flakes more clean.
9. Vertical dewater
Final moisture is around 2-3%. This model is for small capacity. If capacity 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h, we suggest High speed horizontal dewater machine which rotating speed 2000rpm and final moisture content is around 1.6%.

1. Do you have engineer service to the customer factory?
Yes, engineer service is allowed.
2. How can I get the after service?
In warranty period, we will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us. If the problem is caused by wrong operation, we supply the spare part in cost price.
3. How long is the warranty period?
One year since date on bill of loading.
4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine?
All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
