PP film recycling machine with CE/ISO/SGS certificate
This production line is specially designed for crushing, washing and drying garbage PE/PP film.
Main production flowing as follows: belt conveyor→ single shaft shredder→ belt conveyor →High speed friction washer→floating washing tank→ screw discharger→high speed horizontal dewater machine→Pipe dryer→ storage hopper. You can get clean PP, PE material flakes after this production line, then, it can directly go to granulating machine to make granules.
The biggest feature of our machine is our drying system and friction washer:
1) The rotating speed is 2100rpm. Final moisture content is around 5%.
2) High speed friction washer with sewage dewatering, clean water friction washing, friction dewatering three functions.
